Individual Services

You can purchase individual coaching sessions and/or services to address whatever your current needs may be. Sessions are 60 minutes long and can either be done over the telephone or in person at a private office in San Mateo. Coaching is conducted virtually with clients who are located outside of the Bay Area or out of state.

Business Coaching Packages

Catalyst coaching packages are comprised of services that are frequently requested by clients.  You can choose from several available packages or a custom package can be designed for you.  If preferred, most of the services listed below can also be purchased separately.

Package 5:  Catalyst Small Business Coaching This package is designed for people who already have an established business but may be facing some unforeseen obstacles as their business grows. A coach can bring a different perspective and provide support as you face various challenges. You will receive: Private Coaching Sessions Where Are You Now and Where Do You Want to Be?
